1. Standard Room Reservations
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
- One night's charge for cancellations within 48 hours
- Full stay charge for no-shows
2. Suite Reservations
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in
- 50% charge for cancellations within 72 hours
- Full stay charge for no-shows
3. Special Event Periods
- 7-day cancellation policy applies
- Full payment required at booking
- No refunds for cancellations within 7 days
4. Group Bookings

5. Modification of Reservations
